摘要
快速成形与制造 (RP&M)作为诞生仅十余年的先进制造技术 ,已成功地实现了快速原型制造 ,目前正向快速模具制造 (RT)方向迅速发展。主要介绍了快速制模尤其是快速金属模具制造 (RMT)技术的现状和发展趋势 ,比较和分析了模具快速制造的间接法和直接法的特点和问题 。
As a new advanced manufacturing technology developed only over ten yeas, rapid prototyping and manufacturing(RP&M) has successfully realized the manufacturing of rapid prototype, now it has developed swiftly toward rapid tooling(RT). In this paper introduces the current situation and developing trend for RT, especially for rapid metal tooling(RMT). The keys that restrict RT as well as its future development are discussed by analyzing the features and problems of indirect rapid tooling and direct rapid tooling.
