摘要
以春夏萝卜雄性不育系、保持系及14个品种及自交系为试材,分别配制了杂种F1、F2、不育系×F1、F1×保持系、保持系×F1及F1群体内兄妹交等。根据不同群体育性的分离比例进行遗传分析。认为春夏萝卜雄性不育属质核互作型,雄性不育系的基因型为S(ms1ms1ms2ms2),保持系的基因型为N(ms1ms1ms2ms2)。参试品种和自交系群体内,不育基因(ms1或ms2)的频率为75%以上,比较容易筛选出具有100%雄性不育株率的不育系和保持系,转育工作较容易。
Based on the male sterile line of spring summer radish( R.Sativus L.var. radiculus Pers.),its maintainer line and 14 varieties,the following crosses were made:F 1,F 2,ms line×F 1,F 1×maintainer line,maintainer line×F 1 and inter plant crosses in F 1 populations.These progenies segregating ratios were investigated.The results indicated that the male sterility is cytoplasmic genetic male sterility,which is determined by cytoplasm and two genes in nucleus.The genotype of ms line is S(ms 1ms 1ms 2ms 2);the maintainer′s is N(ms 1ms 1ms 2ms 2).
