摘要
对丙烯酰胺反相微乳液聚合体系形成过程中的主要因素进行了探讨,结果表明,在40~50℃下,将复合乳化体系的亲水/憎水平衡值控制在8.33附近,添加适量的醋酸钠,可以维持反相微乳液聚合体系在较长的时间处于均一稳定状态,最终相平衡时微乳液相分率可达0.95以上。而且研究发现,丙烯酰胺和醋酸钠均有助于微乳液的稳定,但2者作用恰好相反,丙烯酰胺与醋酸钠相互配合可以使微乳液体系处于较佳状态。
The main factors affecting the formation of stable polymerizable inverse microemulsions containing acrylamide were studied. The results showed that when hydrophile and lipophile balance (HLB) value was controlled around 8.33 in the presence of sodium acetate at 40 - 50℃ , the inverse microemulsion systems could remain in a uniform stable condition for a rather long time, and the phase separation rate of microemulsion reached 95 % or more at the final phase equilibrium. It was found that both acrylamide and sodium acetate benefited the stability of the microemulsion system though their influences on the HLB value were just contrary. The blends of acrylamide and sodium acetate in the appropriate proportion could make the inverse microemulsion keep in a more stable status.
