摘要
研究了在S =0份、S =0 .5份情况下硫化剂DTDM对EPDM硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明 :单独使用DTDM作硫化剂时 ,胶料的硫化速度慢、焦烧时间长、力学性能尚好 ;当少量硫黄与DTDM并用时 ,胶料的硫化速度加快、焦烧时间缩短 ,但对力学性能有所损害 ;当S =0份、DTDM用量为 4份和S =0 .5份、DTDM用量为 3份时 ,EPDM硫化胶的交联密度都趋于一平衡值 ;无论是在S =0份还是S =0 .5份的硫化体系中 ,硫化剂DTDM用量为 3～ 3 .5份时 ,EPDM胶料的耐热老化性能都比较好。
The effect of curing agent DTDM on properties of vulcanized EPDM was studied as the using level of sulfur were 0 phr and 0.5 phr.The results showed that the compound based on EPDM had lower curing rate,longer pre vulcanization time and better mechanical properties when DTDM was used without sulfur.While little sulfur was added to the curing system of DTDM,the mixture cured faster,had shorter pre vulcanization time and worse properties.On condition that S0 phr,DTDM4 or S0.5,DTDM3,the cross link density of EPDM came to a peak.No matter in the curing system of S0 or in that of S0.5,the heat aging property of EPDM was better as the using level of DTDM was 3 to 3.5 phr.
