摘要
采用大型有限元分析软件Deform 3D对普通麻花钻钻削过程的机理进行了仿真研究。应用Deform-3D有限元软件,将工件、刀具材料的一些特性参数结合起来,分析和定义了载荷边界条件、刀具前刀面与切屑之间摩擦状况,选择了切屑分离准则,完成了有限元分析仿真的预处理工作。利用有限元仿真分析,建立麻花钻三维钻削有限元模型,介绍了钻削过程中切屑形成过程、钻削力的大小和钻削温度的分布,详细分析切削用量对不锈钢钻削轴向力的影响规律,并得到了钻削温度场和钻头磨损的情况;研究麻花钻主要几何参数对不锈钢钻削性能的影响。
An emulation study of the drilling mechanism by general purpose twist drills is conducted by using FEM analysis software Deform-3D.Application of finite element software Deform-3D,some characteristic parameters of the work piece and the cutting tool material are combined.The load boundary conditions and the friction between tool rake face and chip are analyzed and defined.The chip separation criteria are chosen.The finite element analysis simulation of pretreatments is completed.By the finite element simulation analysis,the three-dimensional FEM model of twist drill is build.The scraps forming process and the distributed situation of cutting force,cutting temperature in the drilling process are analyzed.The effect of cutting variables on drilling forces of stainless steel is analyzed.The drilling temperature and the drill wear condition are discussed.The effect of the main geometric paramns of the stainless steel twist drill drilling performance is studied.
