基于Deform的环境温度对镍基合金切削性能影响的仿真研究

摘要 利用Deform有限元软件,设计了有限元仿真试验,研究了环境温度对镍基合金切削性能影响规律。研究结果表明,随着环境温度的升高,最高切削温度和材料去除率有上升趋势。在温度较低(<-40℃)和温度较高(>60℃)的条件下都有利于减小切削力,热通量和接触面积受环境温度的影响很小。 Through the finite element software Deform,design the finite element simulation test,studies the environ-mental temperature on cutting performance are studied.The research results show that with the increase of ambient temper-ature,cutting temperature and the highest material removal rate has a rising trend.At low temperature (&lt; -40 ℃)and high temperature (&gt;60 ℃)is beneficial to reduce the cutting force,under the condition of heat flux and the contact area is affected by environmental temperature is very small.
