摘要
介绍了新研制的一种钻削超硬脆材料的钻头，阐明了该钻头的钻削机理，给出了该钻头的设计 及制作过程。实验表明：该钻头是钻削工程陶瓷、宝石等硬脆材料的理想工具。
A new researched drill of machining super hard and brittle materials, which can combines ultrasonic vibrating with grinding of diamond grits, is introduced.,The drilling mechanism of this drill is given, and the methods of designing and manufacturing are given too. The result of experiment shows that the drill is an ideal tool for machining ceramics, gems and marbles, etc.
