摘要
通过对钢管排锯机锯切过程的LS-DYNA有限元仿真和最大切削力的理论计算,得出仿真的最大切削力41 638N与理论值44 390 N,相对误差为6.2%,说明用LS-DYNA有限元仿真探究钢管排锯机切削机理是有效可行的方法。切削力的变化趋势同锯片周向力变化相同,其大小也主要取决于锯片的周向力。
By stimulation with LS-DYNA software and theoretical calculation of the maximum cutting force during the cutting pro- gress of steel pipe sawing machine, we can obtain the maximum cutting force of 41 638 N by simulation and the theoretical value of 44 390 N ,with 6.2% error,which indicates that using the LS-DYNA finite element analysis to explore the cutting mechanism of steel pipe cutting machine is a kind of effective and feasible method. Furthermore, the changing trend of the average cutting force is the same as the trend of peripheral force and the magnitude of the average cutting force also mainly depends on the peripheral force.
