摘要
目的对国内社区糖尿病健康教育研究文献进行系统评价,全面展示此前该领域的相关研究,为深入研究提供最好证据.方法采用主题词检索此前所有国内社区糖尿病健康教育全部研究文献.借鉴Cochrane系统评价的方式,严格纳入、排除质量评价标准;通过阅读题目、摘要和全文,进行分类整理、纳入和排除文献;对纳入文献进行质量评价.结果无论文化层次高低,均需加强社区居民健康教育;开展糖尿病社区教育能增强患者遵医行为,提高治疗的依从性,更加有效地控制血糖等;目前不同的教育模式均有效果,但尚缺乏标准化的教育模式.结论社区糖尿病教育能提高糖尿病患者生活质量和预防高危人群糖尿病发生率,但缺乏大样本随机对照研究及更广泛深入的研究.
Objective To show the domestic research literatures of social health education to patients with diabetes thoroughly and provide best evidence for further study by systematic review. Methods The domestic research literatures of social health education to patients with diabetes up today was searched with standardized terms matched within MESH. The evaluation criteria for methodology were worked out according to cochrane systematic review handbook (version 4.2.5). The research literatures was excluded, included, assessed, classified and sorted through reading the title, abstract and full text. Results The social health education to patients with diabetes must be strengthened,no matter whether patients' culture is high or low. It can enhance the compliance behaviors and therapeutic compliance and control blood sugar more efficiently. At present ,it is default of standardized education models ,though the different education models are effective. Conclusion Social health education to patients with diabetes can enhance the quality of life and lower the incidence of diabetes in the high risk population,but it lacks large samples randomized controlled study and more widespread and profound study.
