摘要
采用ＤＥＡＥ－Ｃｅｌｕｌｏｓｅ及ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－２００柱层析，从怀地黄水提取物中分离出一多糖ＲＧ，醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳，高效凝胶渗透色谱证实，ＲＧ为单一组份，薄层层析和气相色谱分析表明，该多糖由葡萄糖、半乳糖、鼠李糖和甘露糖组成。
This paper reported the chemical study on polysaccaride constituent of Rehmannia Glutinosa Libosch. f. Huei chinensis Hsiao. From the water extracts of this traditional Chinese medicine, a polysaccaride, named RG, was isolated by DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex-200 column chromatography. The polysaccharide was homogeneous judged by HPGPC and acetate cellulose film electrophoresis. TLC and GC showed that RG was composed of glucose, galactose, rhamnose and mannose.
