摘要
目的探讨护理组长在层级管理中实施质控的效果。方法 2008年6月本科室开始实施层级管理,护理组长负责质控本组护士的各项工作,比较实施质控前后病区基础护理质量、护理文书质量、患者满意度及护士工作能力。结果实施层级管理护理组长质控后,病区基础护理质量、护理文书质量、患者满意度及护士工作能力高于实施前(均P<0.01)。结论在层级管理中,护理组长的质控起到传、帮、带作用,使护理人力资源得到充分利用,有效提高了病区的护理质量及患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To investigate the role of nursing group leader in quality control of the hierarchical management.Methods In June 2008,the care hierarchical management was carried out in our department and the nursing group leader controlled the quality of subordinate nurses＇ work daily.The quality of basic care,the quality of care instruments,working ability of nurses and the degree of patients＇ satisfaction before the implementation of the hierarchical management were compared with those after the implementation.Results After implementation of the hierarchical management basic care,the quality of care instruments,working ability of nurses and the degree of patients＇ satisfaction all increased（all P 0.01）.Conclusion In the hierarchical management,the nursing group leaders take the role of instructing the group members so that the nursing human resources are fully utilized,which may improve the quality of basic care and the degree of patients＇ satisfaction.
