摘要
新生入馆教育可以唤醒新生的信息意识、提高学生的信息能力,促进馆员与读者的相互理解,增加馆员职业素养的内涵、提升专业服务层次。目前,新生入馆教育内容和形式的个性化不足、教师队伍的专业水平不高,并且学生工作管理者和读者在思想上对新生入馆教育不够重视。因此,图书馆应构建基于互联网的适合新生年龄和个性特征的新生空间,以吸引大学新生由了解图书馆走向热爱图书馆,并使其逐步养成自主学习与终身学习的良好习惯。
The university library entrance education for freshmen could awake the information consciousness of them, enhance the information ability of freshmen; promote the mutual understanding between librarians and readers; increase the connotation of the professional quality and raise the professional levels of librarians. Presently, contents and methods of library entrance education are insufficient to realize the personalized information service, the professional level of teacher teams is low, and many administrators and readers still not enough stress on the library entrance education mentally. Therefore, university libraries should construct the freshman space based on the internet, which is suitable for the freshmen's ages and personality characteristics. The freshman space could lead freshmen to knowing libraries and loving libraries, and make them cultivate good habits of self-regulated learning and life-long learning gradually.
