摘要
目的 探讨献血员中一种与输血后肝炎有关的病毒ＴＴＶ 的感染状况。方法 采用ＴＴＶ 基因组套式聚合酶链反应方法检测了１３５ 例献血员血清标本。结果 １３５ 例献血员ＴＴＶ ＤＮＡ 阳性率为２８－８ ％ 。序列结果显示其序列与日本株（ Ｎ Ａ０ ０８ ３９ ４） 同源性为８３－８ ％ ，可能属Ｇ２ 亚型一种。结论 本地区献血中存在ＴＴ 病毒感染。输血可能成为传播ＴＴＶ感染途径之一。
Objective\ To investigation TTV infection in blood donors.Methods\ 135 sera sample from blood donors were detected by nested PCR,using primers of TTV genome DNA.Results\ The positive rates of TTV DNA were 28.8%.The sequence analysis showed that there were above 83.8% nucleotide identity between NA004 from Japan and our isolate.The result suggest that there exists TTV infect among blood donors in PingXiang,The TT Virus mainly belonged to G2.TTV may be transmitted by blood transfusion.
