摘要
目的 :探讨Rg1对豚鼠心肌细胞膜L 型电压依赖性钙通道的影响。方法 :采用标准全细胞膜片钳技术。结果 :在保持电位 -40mV ,细胞去极化至 + 4 0mV ,刺激频率 0 .5Hz,时程 1 5 0ms条件下Rg11 0 μmol·L- 1和 30 μmol·L- 1对BayK86 4 4和Nifedipine敏感的钙内向电流均无明显影响 (P >0 .0 5 ,n =5 )。结论 :Rg1对L
