摘要
目的 :探讨血栓通注射液对肾病综合征并高凝状态的治疗作用。方法 :以血栓通注射液配合中西药治疗肾病综合征高凝状态患者 2 0例 (治疗组 ) ,并以丹参注射液组 2 0例作为对照 (对照组 )。结果 :治疗组肾病综合征缓解率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组均可显著降低尿蛋白 ,提高血浆白蛋白 ,增加尿量 ,但治疗组降低尿蛋白及提高血浆白蛋白的作用更明显 ,治疗组及对照组治疗后相比较P <0 0 5。两组均可明显改善肾病综合征高凝状态 ,血液流变学及多项高凝指标治疗前后比较有统计意义。治疗组及对照组疗后相比较 ,治疗组在降低血浆纤维蛋白原、尿纤维蛋白降解产物及全血高切粘度方面作用较对照组更显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :血栓通注射液可提高肾病综合征的临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of xeushuantong injection on nephritic syndrome(NS)with hypercoagulability.Methods:Forty of NS patients with hypercoagulability were divided randomly into xeushuantong injection group(treatment group)and danshen injection group(contrast group). Results:The remission rate of NS in treatment group was remarkably higher than that in contrast group(P<0 05).Although two groups could decrease urine protein,improve plasma albumen and increase urine volume,but the effect of decline urine protein and enhancement plasma albumen in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the contrast group after treatment(P<0 05).Compared with each other before and after treatment,two groups could obviously improve NS with hypercoagulability and hemorheology and many indexes of hypercoagulability have statistical significance.To compared with the two groups after treatment,the effect of decrease plasm fibrinogen,urine fibrin degradation product and whole blood high cut viscosity is more obvious in the treatment group.Conclusions: xeushuantong injection can raise the curative effect of NS and obviously improve blood hypercoagulability.
