本文综述了近年来利用膜片钳技术研究中药对心肌细胞膜钙通道作用的现状 ,并对未来研究进行展望。心肌细胞膜上电压依赖性钙通道主要有 L 型和 T型两类 ,中药以钙通道拮抗剂居多 ;
This article reviewed lately research status of Chinese herbal effect on calcium channels of myocardial cell by patch clamp technique and look ahead the future research. Voltage-dependent Calcium channels on myocardial cell most are L- and T-Type. Chinese herb chiefly are calcium antagonist. Studying object mainly are monomer of Chinese herb. Compound research should be strengthened.
