摘要
以玉米胚芽为原料,采用乙醇溶解萃取原理。通过单因素和正交试验,确定了乙醇萃取的最佳条件。结果表明:温度为55℃、时间为2.0h、pH8.0、乙醇浓度为80%、液固比为12∶1(mL/g)。本工艺中最高产量可达0.212g/25g;制取的醇溶蛋白中蛋白质含量可达92.56%。
In this paper,used corn embryo as a raw material,used the ethanol dissolution extract principle.Through the single factor and the orthogonal experiment,has determined the ethanol extract optimum condition. The result indicated that,the temperature was 55 ℃,the time was 2.0 h,pH 8.0,the ethanol's density was 80 %,at ratio of liquid to solid was 12∶1(mL/g).The highest productivity can reach to 0.212 g/25 g in this craft;the protein's content was up to 92.56 % in product.
