依据不确定度评定的相关准则和标准,评估了原子荧光光谱法检测铜精矿中汞的不确定度。应用统计学理论对不确定度产生的原因进行了分析;对测定过程中的主要不确定度分量进行了合理的评定,包括测量重复性引入的不确定度、样品称量引入的不确定度、样品溶液定容和稀释引入的不确定度、校准曲线引入的不确定度等;描述了评定不确度所需各参数的采集和计算方法;给出了合成标准不确定度和测量结果的扩展不确定度。
Based on the uncertainty evaluation criteria and standard,the uncertainty to determine hydrargyrum in copper concentrate with atomic fluorescence spectrometry is evaluated.The paper analyzes the causes of uncertainty with statistics theories.The main components of uncertainty,which are introduced by measuring repeatability,sample weighing,calibration curve,sample solution constant volume and dilution,are evaluated reasonably.The gathering and calculation methods of parameters to evaluate the uncertainty are introduced.Finally,the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the measuring results are put forward.
