摘要
应用测量不确定度的评定方法,建立数学模型,分析影响硫氰酸钾分光光度法测定钨矿废水中钨含量不确定度的各种因素,合成测量不确定度,扩展测量不确定度,并确定测量数据的取值范围。
By applying uncertainty evaluation method, a mathematic model was put forward to analyze the factors related to the uncertainty of tungsten determination in waste water from tungsten ore by potassium sulphocyanide spectrophotometry.Uncertainties were synthesized and expanded,and then the data range for measurement was proposed.
