摘要
目的:对HPLC法测定奈韦拉平含量的测量不确定度进行分析,以期找出影响不确定度的因素,为评价检测报告提供科学依据。方法:用HPLC法测定原料药奈韦拉平的含量,并根据《(JJF1059-1999)测量不确定度评定与表示》中有关规定评估其不确定度。结果:本次实验的不确定度评估为1.2%。结论:本次实验的不确定度主要由供试品溶液峰面积的重复性测量引起的。
Objective： To find out the factors influencing uncertainty in determining content of nevirapine by HPLC method in order to provide scientific evidence for the measurement report. Methods：The content of nevirapine in crude drug was determined by HPLC method and the uncertainty was appraised according to （JJF1059-1999） Evaluation and e：cpression of uncertainty of determination. Results： The uncertainty of the experiment was 1.2 %. Conclusion： The uncertainty of the experiment is mainly caused by duplicated measurement of peak area of the test solution.
