摘要
本文应用误差理论,遵照JJF1059-1999规范对AFS-2201原子荧光光度计汞检出限的测量不确定度的来源进行了分析,通过实验所得数据,计算合成标准不确定度及有效自由度、扩展不确定度,并对仪器性能做出了评定,提出此台仪器已不适合于低含汞量样品的分析。
The source of the measurement uncertainty on Hg of dctection limit in AFS-2201 atomic fluorescence spectrometer is analysed according to error theory and JJF1059-1999 regulation. Based on the experiment data, the combined standard uncertainty, the effective degrees of freedom, and the expanded uncertainty are calaulated, morever, the performance of the AFS-2201 is evaluated and put forward the suggestion that this instrument AFS-2201 is not proper for the analysis of samples containing micro Hg.
