摘要
文章探讨了当前化学工程与技术专业研究生培养在工程实践方面的不足;提出了以项目为依托、基地为平台,实行"双导师",建立产学研联合培养研究生的模式;讨论了产学研联合培养模式的教学和社会效益。研究发现:产学研联合培养模式能够发挥产学研各方优势,共同受益;促进了教学改革,提高了研究生的综合素质和教师的业务水平,增强了企业的科技创新能力和可持续发展动力,推动了学生的就业,加快了应用型创新人才的培养。
The problems are analyzed in the chemical engineering and technology graduate student cultivation. The mode of the integration of Industry-University-Research institute is developed to cultivate graduate student. The mode is designed with research projects as the backing, the experimental station as platform and the double tutors for students. And the achievements and innovation of the mode is discussed. The result shows that mutual benefit of Industry-University-Research institute comes true. The reform and development in education is promoted. The general cultivation of graduate students and academic level of teaches are improved. Hi-tech innovation capacity of industry is enhanced. The employment rate is raised and the training of creative talents of application type is quickened.
