摘要
高等学校产学研合作教育是一种以培养学生的全面素质、综合能力和就业竞争力为重点,利用学校、科研院所和企业三种不同的教育环境和教育资源,采取课堂教学与学生参加实际工作有机结合,最终培养适合不同用人单位需要的应用型人才的教育模式。本文对国内外产学研合作教育的发展历程分别进行了阐述,在此基础上,进一步探讨了产学研合作教育的实质与内涵,结合知识经济社会的发展现状和趋势,总结分析了产学研合作教育的综合特点和时代特征。
The cooperative education of production, teaching and research in institutions of higher education is a kind of educational pattern for ultimately training applied talents to meet the need of different employing units. It takes raising students＇ overall quality, the comprehensive ability and competitive power of employment as the key point, which uses the three kind of different education environment and education resources-schools, the scientific research institutes and the enterprises, and adopts the organically combining method of the classroom teaching and the students＇ participating in the practical work. This article respectively expounds the development of the Cooperative Education of Production, Teaching and Research at home and abroad. On this basis, the article probes further into the essence and the connotation of it. Combing with the development of the present situation and the tendency in the knowledge economy society, it analyzes and summarizes the general features and the characteristics of age in cooperative education of production, teaching and research.
