摘要
人才培养模式是人才培养体制改革的核心环节,也是教育质量的首要问题。本文基于当前高职物流教学实践和人才培养目标,借鉴"PDCA"的循环理论,构建了高职院校"工学交替多阶循环"可持续物流人才培养模式,通过课程体系、教学模式、师资培养、实践教学、校企合作的多次循环实施,递进式提高人才培养质量,实现高职物流教育与地方经济的可持续发展。
In this paper, based on the current practice training target of higher vocational logistics education and drawing from the PDC A cyclic theory, we established the work- study rotating multi-stage cyclic sustainable logistics talent training mode for the higher vocational schools which could through cyclic implementation of the course system, teaching mode, teacher qualification, practical teaching and school-enterprise cooperation, progressively improve the talents trained and realize sustainable development of the higher vocational education and the local economy.
