摘要
目的：探讨广西融水苗族儿童青少年头面部形态特征.方法：采取分层随机抽样方法,对广西融水苗族自治县1 597名7～16岁乡村苗族青少年（男生798例,女生799例）头面部的9项指标进行测量、比较,并计算相关的指数,根据头面部各项指数数值大小进行头型、面型的分型.结果：该地区苗族青少年头面部9项指标均随着年龄的增长而增大,各年龄组的性别间差异有统计学意义;苗族青少年的头型：头指数以圆头型（34.33 %）和特圆头型（33.08 %）多见;头长高指数以高头型（93.93 %）多见;头宽高指数以中头型（38.07 %）和阔头型（33.56 %）多见;形态面指数以阔面型（38.70 %）和中面型（28.55 %）多见.结论：广西融水苗族儿童青少年的头型和面型与广西壮族、侗族青少年比较有其民族特征.
Objective： To explore the eraniofacial morphological characters of children and adolescents in Rongshui Miao Autonomous County in Guangxi. Methods： Using stratified random sampling method, nine craniofacical indexes of 798 boys and 799 girls （7 to 16 years old）, who came from Rongshui Miao Autonomous County in Guangxi, were measured and then analyzed, in order to type their heads and faces. Results： In this country, all of nine craniofacial indexes were increased with aging, and possessed significant gender differences in each age group. The head types of Miao adolescents were dominantly exhibited as hrachycephaly （34. 33 %） and hyperbrachycephaly （33.08 % ）. According to length-height index of the head, the 93. 93% of Miao adolescents were classified to hypsicephalic types, while they popularly presented as metriocephalic type （38. 07%） and the tapeinocephalic type （33. 56%） based on the breadth-height index of the head. In accordance with face shape index, most of Miao adolescents were classified to euryprosopy （38. 70%） and the mesoprosopy （28. 55%） types. Conclusion： Compared with teenagers of Zhuang and Dong nationality in Guangxi, children and adolescents of Rongshui Mi- ao Autonomous County have their own craniofacial characters.
