摘要
目的建立复方乙酰水杨酸片含量测定的新方法。方法采用CPA矩阵法,不经分离直接测定复方乙酰水杨酸片中三组分的含量。计算程序采用BASIC语言编制。结果乙酰水杨酸、咖啡因、非那西丁的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别为101.7%,0.26%;101.3%,0.21%和97.60%,0.67%。结论本法可不经分离,直接测定复方乙酰水杨酸片的含量。
ObjectiveTo establish a new method for meauring the contents of aspirin,caffeine and phenacetin in compound tablets.MethodsThe three components were determined simutaneously without any preliminary separation by CPA matrix spectrophotometry.The BASIC language is used for programming.ResultsThe average recoveries and relative standard deviation of aspirin,caffeine and phenacetin were 101.7 %, 0.26 %; 101.3 %, 0.21 % and 97.60 %, 0.67 % respectively.ConclusionThis method could be used for the determination of three components in compound aspirin tablets without separation.
