摘要
目的 探讨癌基因 Ｃｍｙｃ 的改变与良恶性多形性腺瘤发生的关系。方法 采用斑点杂交技术研究４２ 例涎腺良恶性多形性腺瘤中 Ｃｍｙｃ 癌基因的表达。结果 涎腺多形性腺瘤中 Ｃｍｙｃ 癌基因表达均值高于正常腮腺组织（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。涎腺恶性多形性腺瘤中 Ｃｍｙｃ 癌基因表达均值也高于正常腮腺组织（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５） 。但与多形性腺瘤之间差异无显著性（ Ｐ＞ ０ ．０５） 。结论 在涎腺良恶性多形性腺瘤的发生过程中， Ｃｍｙｃ 癌基因有激活和过量表达。
In this study, C myc DNA levels in 42 tissue samples of patients with benign and malignant pleomorphic adenoma were detected by blotting method. The results showed that the expression levels of C myc DNA in both benign and malignant pleomorphic adenomas were higher than that in normal parotid tissue (P<0.05, respectively). No significance of C myc DNA expression levels was found between benign and malignant pleomorphic adenomas(P>0.05) It is suggested that C myc oncogene was activated and overexpressed in tumorigenesis of both benign and malignant pleomorphic adenoma.
