摘要
目的 为了探明 ras p2 1癌基因在涎腺良恶性肿瘤生物学行为中的作用 ,方法 采用LSAB免疫组化染色技术及 CMIASWIN免疫组化图像分析系统 ,镜下定量判断正常涎腺 ,良恶性肿瘤ras p2 1癌基因表达的阳性单位 ( PU值 ) ,通过 t检验和方差分析 ,结果 正常涎腺组 ,良性肿瘤组、恶性肿瘤组均有 ras p2 1表达 ,良恶性肿瘤组 PU值明显高于正常组 ( P<0 .0 1)。胞浆中 PU值明显强于胞核、阳性细胞最多见于腺管样区 ,恶性肿瘤及瘤旁腺泡分别为强阳性和弱阳性表达 ,复发性腮腺深叶包膜不完整的肿瘤其 PU值明显高于原发性腮腺浅叶包膜完整的肿瘤。结论 实验结果表明 ras p2 1癌基因的激活在涎腺良恶性肿瘤的发生和发展过程中起着重要的作用。
To determine the role of ras oncogene p 21 in biological behaviour of salivary gland neoplasms, the expression of ras p 21 in normal salivary acini, benign tumors and carcinomas were microscopically observed by immunohistochemistry. Dealed with quantitative analysis under analysis system of CMIASWIN map, by analysis of variance and student t test. The results indicated that the expression of ras p 21 were discoreved in all three groups which the possitive unit(PU)is higher in benign and malignant groups than that in normal group ( P <0.01). Meanwhile the PU of p 21 is stronger in cytoplasm than in nucleus, that most of PU cells are seen is salivary duct (intercalated or striated duct) region and appeared possitive cells in the place of infiltration of cancer simultaneously, as well as the PU of ras p 21 is stronger in deep lobe of recurrent parotid neoplasm which the coating is incomplete than in shallow lobe of primary parotid neoplasm which the coating is complete. So we consider that activation of ras oncogene p 21 may play an inportant roles in the tumorigenesis and the development of the salivary neoplasms.
