结直肠腺癌组织中促血管生成素-2和c-myc表达的关系 被引量:2

Relationship Between Expressions of Angiopoietin-2 and c-myc in Colorectal Adenocarcinoma Tissues

摘要 目的:探讨促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)和癌基因c-myc在结直肠腺癌中的表达及其相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测Ang-2和c-myc在45例结直肠腺癌及12例癌旁正常组织中的表达及分布。结果:Ang-2与c-myc在结直肠腺癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为55.6%(25/45)和62.2%(28/45),明显高于在癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率,即16.7%(2/12)和25.0%(3/12),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且Ang-2与c-myc蛋白的表达存在明显的正相关性(r=0.987,P<0.05)。结论:Ang-2与c-myc的协同作用,在结直肠腺癌的发生、发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。 Objective: To investigate expressions of Angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) and oncogene c-myc in colorectal adenocarcinoma and the relationship between them. Methods: The expression and distribution of Ang-2 and c-myc in 45 specimens from patients with colorectal adenocarcinoma and in 12 specimens from normal tissues adjacent to cancer were investigated by immunohistochemistry. Results: In colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues, Ang-2 and c-myc expression rate were 55.6%(25/ 45)and 62.2% (28/45),respectively, and obviously higher than those in adjacent normal tissues (P〈0.05), which were 16.7% (2/12)and 25.0% (3/12),respectively. There was a remarkable positive correlation in expression between Ang-2 protein and c-myc protein(r:0. 987, P〈0.05). Conclusion : Cooperation between Ang-2 and c-myc may play an important role in angiogenesis and progression of colorectal adenocarcinoma.
