摘要
为了克服 均相 催化 剂 在 用于 制 备 各种 重 要化 学 品 中的 一 些困 难, 层 柱粘 土 催 化 剂在 活性、选 择性、重复 使用性 及经济方 面已经证 明是非 常有利的 . 由活 性白土 经硫酸和 铝盐进 行化学处理,然 后在100 ~400 ℃ 焙烧制得 了催化 剂,考察 了醇醚与 乙酸的酯 化活性 并对催化 剂进 行了 表征.结果表 明,层柱 粘土具有 很高的 催化活性 . 活化 过的层 柱粘土催 化剂可 以重复使 用,柱撑 作用增大了层柱 粘土催化 剂的 Le wis 酸 位及少量 Brⅹnsted 酸 位的数 量和强度 . 为了 获得 良好 的层 柱粘 土催化剂, 热处理过 程是非常 重要的 .
It has been proved that the pillared clay catalyst is very effective from the viewpoint of activity, selectivity, reusability and economy in the preparation of various important chemicals, which pose a number of difficulties with homogeneous catalysts. The pillared clay catalyst, which was obtained by exposing activated clay powder to sulfuric acid and aluminium salts and then calcining it at 100~400℃, was found to be highly active for the heterogeneous title reaction, and was characterized by IR, TPD, XRD and DTA measurements. The used catalyst gave identical reaction results with the fresh activated catalyst, and it was attributed to Lewis and Brnsted acid sites, the number of the latter was considerably small but the number and strength increased owing to pillaring. The thermal treatment step is important for the catalyst to have high activity.
