锂-铁层柱粘土催化剂制备条件的考察 被引量:1

摘要 采用高岭土、NaOH和AlCl_3溶液为原料,制得层柱粘土,将其作为载体,通过浸渍法制备锂-铁层柱粘土催化剂。以轻烯烃为原料,在高压反应釜用制备的催化剂进行了烯烃聚合反应,对得到的润滑油基础油进行了物性分析。结果表明,在n(NaOH):n(AlCl_3)=2.3、柱化剂制备温度75℃、高岭土加入量150 g·L^(-1)、柱化剂滴加温度85℃、负载锂和铁的质量分数为6%、催化剂焙烧温度480℃和焙烧时间4 h的条件下,润滑油基础油的最高收率为58.2%,40℃运动粘度10.28mm^2·s^(-1),100℃运动粘度为2.63 mm^2·s^(-1),粘度指数为125,溴价为11.40 g·(100 g)^(-1)。 Pillared layered clays catalysts were prepared from kaolin,NaOH and AlCl_3 and used as the carrier for preparation of Li-Fe/pillared layered clays catalysts by impregnation.Light olefins polymeriza- tion was investigated over the catalyst in a high pressure autoclave to produce lube base oil.Lube base oil yield of up to 58.2%,kinematic viscosity at 40 ℃ of 10.28 mm^2·s^(-1),at 100 ℃ of 2.63 mm^2·s^(-1), viscosity index of 125 and bromine valence of 11.40 g·(100 g)^(-1) were obtained when the Li-Fe/ pillared layered clays catalyst was prepared under the following condition:n (NaOH):n (AlCl_3) = 2.3, reaction temperature 75℃,dosage of the clays 150 g·L^(-1),w(Fe) =6%,w(Li) =6%,calcination at 480℃ for 4 h.
