摘要
乙二醇单乙酸醋酸酯做为一种高档溶剂,有着广阔的应用前景。在动态前提下系统研究了不同反应条件对合成反应的影响,在对这一酯化反应进行基本分析的基础上,选择和确定了催化剂种类及其加量,带水剂种类及其用量,反应物配比,升温速率,搅拌速率等直接影响合成的反应条件,继而合成了乙二醇单乙醚醋酸酯,并采用红外(IR)及核磁(NMR)等手段对产物进行了分析和确定。
As a high-grade solvent, 2-ethoxyethanol acetate will have a good future to be used in chemical industry. The effect of various reaction conditions to synthesize the produce in dynamic state has been studied in this paper. On the basis or experimental result,some determinant reaction conditions, such as the type and quantity or catalyst and water carrier, the ratio of reacants and the devolution of agitator are selected, to synthesize the satisfactory 2-ethoxy-ethanol acetate inspected by IR and NMR methods.
