摘要
利用ANSYS软件平台,实现了对槽轮机构的瞬态动力学仿真,得到了相应的角速度曲线和角加速度曲线,考察了不同工况对槽轮接触应力分布、振动、疲劳寿命等方面的影响,找到最可能发生疲劳失效的部位。
Based on the software platform of ANSYS,the transient dynamic simulation of geneva mechanism is achieved.The angular velocity curve and angular acceleration curve of the process are got.Meanwhile,the influence of different working condition on stress distribution,vibration,fatigue characteristic of geneva is analyzed,and the probable position of fatigue failure is found.
