摘要
近年来,起源于西方的反思性教学在我国外语教育学界得到了广泛的应用。研究表明,反思性教学对促进外语教师的专业发展起着重要的作用,是新手外语教师逐步成长为专家型教师的重要途径。然而,国内反思性教学研究存在特色不鲜明、针对性和可操作性不强等弊端。基于此,试将反思性教学与国内具体教育情境结合,从真实案例出发,探索独立院校背景下的反思性教学促进新手英语教师发展的有效途径和反思教学的工作模式,以期进一步提高高校英语教学质量。
The recent decade has witnessed a broad adoption of reflective teaching originating from the west in the domain of language teaching home and abroad.Research indicates that reflective teaching plays an effective role in promoting English teacher professional development from novice level to expert level.However,there lies a series of problems in domestic research on reflective teaching such as lack of indistinct characteristics,pertinency and practicality.In light of this,this research combines reflective teaching with a concrete case and explores a practice mode of reflective teaching among English teachers at novice level in the context of independent and self-funding college in order to improve English teaching quality of colleges and universities.
