Experimental Study of Dielectric Film for AC PDP

摘要 研究了用薄膜 Si O2 作介质的可行性。并对电子束蒸发制备的 Si O2 介质膜进行了微观分析。 In this paper, the feasibility of using SiO 2 as dielectric film for AC PDP is studied, SiO 2 film prepared by electron beam evaporation is analysed with TEM.
