摘要
本文分析了ＡＣＰＤＰ保护膜对制备方法的特殊要求，描述了各种制备方法的优缺点，介绍了几种最近发展起来的新方法。提出了几种适用于ＡＣＰＤＰ保护膜制备的方法。
This Paper analyses the required performance of the preparation method for the AC PDP protecting layer,describes the advantages and limitations of varies preparation methods,introduces some new methods developed recently and puts forward some feasible methods for the preparation of AC PDP protecting layer.
