摘要
本文研究了提高盖板铸件尺寸稳定性的组合振动时效方法．将一组盖板铸件采用螺钉夹板结构方式结合成低刚度的板型结构，运用模态分析技术，通过计算机辅助设计激振参数进行实验，对振动前后分别进行宏观残余应力测定．结果表明，该方法具有效率高、效果好，操作简单、节省能源、降低成本等特点．
A new method to eliminate the combination VSR of the card flats is studied in this paper. A set of casted card flats is formed into the mechanism of beams and flats with low stiffness by the appropriate connection, the remnent stress is tested respectively be fore and after the vibration. The results show the method to have high efficiency, good effects, simple operations, low costs.
