摘要
本文在系统地分析了细纱锭子存在的问题和研究现状的基础上,根据转子动力学的低刚度小阻尼弹性支承理论和滑动轴承的流体动力润滑理论,提出了一种新型的锭子结构设想——低刚度小阻尼三弹性滑动轴承支承细纱锭子。本文还简要地叙述了这种新型结构解决问题的思路及原理。
This Paper analysed systematically the problems existing in textile spindle and investigated its present situation of study. Then a new type of spindle, with low stiff & small damping and tri-flcxible journal bearing support, was proposed on the basis of the theory of low stiff & small damping flexible support of rotor dynamics and the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication of bearings. This paper also described briefly the way and the principle of the new construction to solve the problems.
