摘要
应用“试验模态分析”得到一个新的可靠的振动时效工艺方法。该法可以定量地预测激振参数。与热时效比,振动时效铸件能取得更好的应力分布与更好的抗变形能力。
Having studled the application of the experimental medal analysis (EMA)to the vibration. theauthors worked out a new credible technique of vibrating ageing. On the dynamic display of EMA. the modalparameters in vibration may be quantitatively forecasted.The casting treated by vibrating ageing compares with thattreated by heat ageing can reach better stress distribution and better capability in resistance to deformation.
