摘要
灰铸铁件作为振动系统,其刚度的材质成分———弹性模量值较低,阻尼比大;在低阶振型时,测得的固有频率较小。在低的结构刚度值条件下,其高阶振型固有频率值不高;结构刚度对其影响较小。在高的结构刚度值条件下,其第一高阶振型为跳跃式,有较大的固有频率值,振幅比也大。
Taking a gray iron casting as a vibration system,its rigidity property-elastic modulus(E)is relatively low,damping ratio is big.The inherent frequency determined in the low order type of vibration was guite low.Under the conditiion of low construction rigidity,its inherent frequency of high vibration order was also not high,and the construction rigidity had rather less influence on it .Under the condition of high construction rigidity,its first high order type of vibration was of skipping type which had relatively high inherent frequency,and rather big amplitude.
