摘要
就业指导和心理辅导在高职高专院校越来越受到重视,但目前对学生学业的指导相对来说比较滞后甚至被忽略。学生指导是学分制人才培养模式的重要组成部分,教师要帮助学生制定个人全程学习和发展规划。选择诊疗型指导模式符合我国国情。
Employment and psychological guidance is receiving more and more attention in highervocational colleges is an important part all - round plan for Academic guidance, however, is often ignored. It must be valued enough because it of credit- system talents training mode. Teachers should help students make out an their study and development. This treatment accords closely with our national conditions.
