摘要
本文在阐释英国导师制这一古老而又颇具生命力的人才培养理念基础上,对本科生导师制的涵义予以厘清, 指出随着学分制的全面启动,建立适合我国高校的本科生导师制已是势在必行,并对如何构建行之有效的导师制模式提 出了自已的设想。
On the basis of an explanation of the old yet vigorous idea of talent producing-the tutorial system of England, the author goes on with a thorough clarification of the meanings of undergraduate tutorial system. Thereupon, he points out that, along with the full starting of the credit system, it's high time for an undergraduate tutorial system that fits for the universities to be built up in our country. As for how to build an effective one, the author has offered here some of his tentative ideas.
