摘要
近几年来,随着高校的不断扩招,大学生就业制度的改革,又来我国已加入WTO,国际人才竞争激烈,这样对大学生综合素质要求更高,就业更加困难。大学毕业生就业正逐步走向市场化。就业成功与否,关键在于学生能否有能力参与竞争,能否适应社会市场需求。在校的大学生应该很好地明确学业与就业的关系,了解就业对学业的要求和标准,从而根据就业的要求去认真搞好学业。
In recent years, with the expansion of college students' enrollment, the reform of college graduates' employment system and the entry of China into WTO, the competition of international talents is becoming even more fierce, so the college graduates are required to have much higher comprehensive qualities, otherwise they will find it more difficult to find a job. The graduates' employment is gradually being brought to market, therefore, whether they are employed or not depends mainly on whether they have abilities to participate in the competition and whether they adapt to the demands of the talent market. The college students should understand the relationship between the employment and the academic performance, and learn about the requirements and the criteria of the employment, thus being able to perform well in their study according to the requirements and criteria of the employment.
