摘要
仿生学研究发现非光滑表面对耐磨性有影响,并且不同的非光滑表面对耐磨性的影响是不同的。为了进一步研究非光滑形态的磨损过程,笔者基于ANSYS建立了仿生非光滑凸包表面、凹坑表面和光滑表面的二维模型,分别对仿生非光滑凸包表面、凹坑表面和光滑表面滑动磨损过程进行了模拟分析。通过分析发现,非光滑凹坑表面等效应力远比光滑表面的小。由此可知,非光滑表面具有较好耐磨性的原因,并与试验结果对比,证明模型建立的正确性。
According to the investigation of the bionics,unsmooth surfaces affect wear resistance,and the influences vary with different unsmooth surfaces.In the paper,2D models of simulative unsmooth surface with convex,with concave as well as smooth surface are separately established by ANSYS,and then the sliding wear process of the above three surfaces are simulated and analyzed.Analysis results show that the equivalent stress of the unsmooth surface with concaves is far less than that of the smooth surface,moreover,the excellent wear resistance of the unsmooth surfaces is found out the causes.The simulation models prove to be correct by comparison with test results.
