摘要
为了研究非光滑形态的磨损过程,基于ANSYS进行仿生非光滑凹坑半径为100μm,凹坑中心间距分别为250、300、350μm时表面滑动磨损过程二维数值模拟。仿真结果表明,凹坑中心间距为350μm时其耐磨性最好。同时进行试验验证,结论与仿真结果相同。
In order to research into wear process of non-smoothed topography, 2-D digital simulations on wear process of biomim- etic non-smoothed surface were done based on ANSYS, at 100 μm of concave radius and at 250, 300, 350 μm of different distance between center of concave. The simulation results show that the best wear resistance with distance between center of concave is at 350 μm. The experiments were carried out. The experimental result is similar to the simulation result.
