仿生非光滑表面滑动摩擦磨损试验研究 被引量:55

摘要 采用激光处理技术加工了几种具有非光滑特征的圆形 4 5号钢试件 ,以正交试验方法设计耐磨性试验方案 ,在国产 MM2 0 0型摩擦磨损试验机上研究具有不同非光滑表面特征的试件耐磨性规律。试验结果表明 ,在相同试验条件下 ,时间、负荷、速度、形态和分布对耐磨性均有影响 ,耐磨性按照凹坑、凸包、波纹。 According to the investigation of bionics, the nonsmoothed topography of some biology has the effects on reducing soil adhesion and sliding resistance. This is the result of their evolution and optimization to adapt themself to the environment for millions of years. The problems of reducing soil adhesion and sliding resistance have been solved in biology perfectly. It was found that the claws of soil animals and the nonsmoothed surfaces of their bodies had the function of reducing soil adhesion and sliding resistance, and was wear well, which provided us a new way to investigate wear resistance of materials. The investigations on the topographical feature and tribology property of test samples with nonsmoothed topography of 45 # steel manufactured by the laser texture technique. The tests were conducted on a MM200 friction and wear tester and the test scheme was designed by using the orthogonal method. The result indicated that the time, load, speed, topography and distribution influenced the wear resistance under the same experimental condition.
