摘要
目的:比较美宝湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)与磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)霜对耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效。方法:将2000年4月至2001年12月收治的96例146只耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤随机分为湿润烧膏治疗组(MEBO治疗组)和磺胺嘧啶银霜对照组(SD-Ag霜对照组)。MEBO治疗组50例,86只耳,SD-Ag对照组46例,60只耳,分别采用MEBO和SD-Ag霜治疗。结果:MEBO治疗组耳廓创面平均愈合时间19.5±3.0天,无一例发生化脓性耳软骨炎;SD-Ag霜组创面平均愈合时间24±2.5天,发生化脓性耳软骨炎者6例。组间相比均有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:MEBO可促进耳廓深Ⅱ度烧伤创面再生修复,减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To compare the efficacy of MEBO and SD-Ag cream in treating auricle burn. Method:96 cases of deep 2nd degree auricle burn involving 146 ears were divided into 2 groups. In the 1st group, 50 patientsinvolving 86 ears were treated with MEBO, while in the 2nd group, 46 patients involving 60 ears were treated with SD-Ag Cream. Results: In MEBO treatment group, the average wound healing time was 19.5±3.0 days, no suppurativeperichondritis of the auricle occurred. In SD-Ag Cream treatment group, the average wound healing time was 24±2.5days, 6 cases had suppurative perichondrirtis. The difference between the 2 groups was very significant (P<0.01).Conclusion: MEBO can promote healing of the auricles with deep 2nd degree burn and reduce complications.
