摘要
近年来,随着我国医疗卫生事业的不断发展,国际医学健康领域出现了转化(或转换)医学(translational medicine)的新概念,即从病床旁到实验台(from bedside to bench,B to B),再从实验台到病床旁(from bench to bedside,B to B)的连续、双向、开放的研究过程,其根本目的是将基础研究的成果尽快应用于临床,服务于患者。笔者在思索这一理念时惊奇的发现,人体再生复原科学创始人徐荣祥教授发明的原位再生医疗技术早在70年代就成功体现了从病床旁到实验台再到病床旁(B to B to B)的转化医学理念,遂撰写"原位再生医疗技术的转化医学思维"一文,旨在总结原位再生医疗技术的B to B思维,找出研究缺陷及亟待解决的问题,为原位再生医疗技术的创新发展拓展思路,使其能够更好地造福于人类。
With the constant development of medical and health services in China,a new concept of translational medicine emerged,which is characterized by the successive,bidirectional and open process from bedside to bench（B to B） and from bench to bedside（B to B）.The aim of translational medicine is to apply the outcomes of basic research to clinical practice as soon as possible for the benefits of patients.Thinking about the concept of translational medicine,the author surprisingly found that the in situ regenerative medical technology invented by Dr.Xu Rongxiang,the founder of human body regenerative restoration science,fully expressed the concept of ＇ bedside to bench to bedside＇（B to B to B） as early in 1970s,and thus wrote this paper to summarize the ＇ B to B＇ concepts embodied in the in situ regenerative medical technology and find out the drawbacks and problems needed to be solved urgently in the research of the technology,stimulating the innovative thoughts in the development of the in situ regenerative medical technology to better benefit humans.
