摘要
旋转冲击钻井法具有机械钻速高、使用钻铤少、防斜等优点,是攻克坚硬岩层(可钻性5 级以上岩石)的有效手段,其核心装置是液动冲击器。现设计针对深井(4 000~5 000 m )钻井需要而设计,具有较大的工程意义和经济价值。设计过程对国内外现有冲击器的优点进行了综合,重点在于阀、活塞、密封、喷嘴及砧子等零部件的设计,同时校核了螺纹强度、八方等;另外,在工艺方面,重要部位采用了激光熔覆技术,大大提高耐磨性。
The rotary percussion drilling method has many advantages,such as higher mechanical drilling velocity,fewer drilling collars and protect against inclined hole,etc.it is an efficient means of overcoming hard rock(hardness of the rock exceeds Class 5),its key mechanism is a hydraulic down hole hammer.In view of need in drilling 4 000 5 000 m deep hole,this design has engineering significance and economical value.The design sums up advantages of home and abroad hammers,and focuses on valve,piston,scales,mud jet,anvil and so on.The strength of thread and octagon portion is also checked and calculated.Laser melt cover technique is used for key components,so the wearability is greatly increased.
