论述了阀式双作用液力冲击钻具的工作原理,推导了冲击力和冲击频率的计算公式。计算表明:在软硬交替的地层中钻进,采用最大锤重和调节钻井液流量以改变冲击力和冲击频率,可提高钻头的破岩效率。
The working principle of the valve-type double-acting hydraulic impact drilling tool is described, the equations for calculating the impact force and impact frequency are worked out. Calculations show that, when drilling in soft-hard alternating formations, by selecting the maximum impact weight and controlling the impact force and impact frequency through regulating the drill fluid flow, the penetration rate of the bit can be improved.
